💎 Refunds & Returns Policy

Lavish Interior Decor — Because Even Glam Has Rules

We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved curating it. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered (in velvet, obviously).


🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (because receipts are still in style)


💌 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@lavishinteriordecor.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with easy return instructions (no long hold music, promise).

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.


💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping fees, gift cards, and sale items are non-refundable (boujee doesn’t do clearance drama).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Candles (if used or burned)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Final sale or clearance items


📦 Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We offer one free exchange within 30 days of delivery (U.S. orders only).


💔 Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something arrives less than lavish, contact us immediately at support@lavishinteriordecor.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right — fast and fabulous.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we love luxury, but we don’t love lost packages.
